Feasibility study for the sale of the plots that make up the Porto Santo Golf Resort (Phase 1 A) property project.
Description: On the basis of two property valuations carried out by independent and certified experts, we have prepared a feasibility study with the aim of determining the base price for the sale of each of the 40 plots individually, as well as for the entire set of plots.
Main tasks: Presentation of the plots, analysis of the valuation reports, definition of the criteria for setting the asking price, calculation of the value attributed to the plots and preparation of a simulator for updating the price of the plots.
