Tugboat and Mooring Services in the Port of Funchal - Technical and Economic Feasibility Studie

Study to determine the conditions under which towage, pilotage and mooring services in the ports and terminals of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (Funchal, Caniçal and Porto Santo) could be concessioned to private entities and the main risks involved.

Main tasks: Contextualisation, strategy, economic and financial viability, assessment from the perspective of the grantor, identification and analysis of risks, contributions to the bases of the concession, conclusions and recommendations.
