Who we are
João de Oliveira Martins
We are a Portuguese company established in 2001. Based in Lisbon, we provide corporate finance services to the senior management of private companies and public institutions.
Beringest is a sole proprietorship, run by João de Oliveira Martins, and typically operates on the sole consultant model. This means that we work closely with our clients but have no permanent staff.
However, it's also possible to operate under the consulting firm model as we have a network of independent consultants who help us implement or execute projects for our clients.
João de Oliveira Martins, is graduate in management and a post-graduate in port management and maritime transport, from ISEG (Lisbon School of Economics & Management).
